This week we picked the Seymour Conservation Trail. Its a huge-long trail that starts near Capilano College and climbs 11 kms to the Vancouver water supply of Seymour Lake and along the Seymour river on the East side of Mt. Seymour. We decided to mountain bike today, and started off on our trek in nice cool weather. The trail is paved for the first 10 kms, then we hit some sweet single track that took us to the hatchery. We took a quick look around the hatchery and headed for the perfect lunch spot. We remembered a great spot about a km back down the single track. It was perfect! There were some huge fish jumping for us, and the mountain in the background was gorgeous to look at while eating our very good sandwiches.
A few minutes later we headed back to the trail and back to our car. Great Day!!
