Just in case anyone out there wants to comment, its okay! Its super easy to do too!!
All you have to do is go down to the comment line (usually says 0 comments) and click on it, then WHAMMMO! You are commenting! Then you can scroll down to where you can add your name, its easier than it looks.
I changed the settings that I accidentily set. So now anyone can comment easily.
